Owned and operated by Chef Stacey Dougan, Simply Pure will delight your taste buds. My personal favorite is the Coconut Kale Salad: Kale, coconut "bacon", dried cranberries, cucumbers, scallions and sliced avocado tossed in a light vinaigrette dressing. Believe me when I say, the ingredients in this salad does not give you any idea as to what the actual taste is like.
Simply Pure is located in downtown Las Vegas at 707 Fremont Street, Suite 1310 inside the Container Park, just a few blocks east of the Fremont Experience, Simply Pure is a quaint, little restaurant that packs a big punch by pleasing the palate.
Not only is this restaurant 100% vegan (including chicken and beef substitutes), there are many gluten-free and soy-free options as well. Signature vegetable and fruit juices are available too. Most prices range from $7 - $12.00.
